I think I’m depresses and have turned to cutting my self I think of suidicde. Often I can’t tel my parents but I’m scared btw I’m 15 I feel useless help me ?

No matter what you did, do not feel like you deserve the punishment of cutting yourself. People make bad decisions, learn from them and move on. Or if you cut yourself because you are trying to relieve stress – there are other more effective ways! Throw some music on and clean the house, take a mini-vacation, start a journal and journal your stress with a pen, take a nap, the list is endless so figure out what works best for you.
You should REALLY try telling your parents about how you are feeling. They love you, and no matter what you did or do they will continue to love you.. and they can help you tremendously.
